Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Qualitas Global may collect, use and protect information when you visit our website or contact us.
Effective date: 24 October 2026
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, requesting information about our services or applying for a position.
This may include:
- Name and professional contact details.
- Company name, job title and business enquiries.
- Information included in messages, CVs or attachments you submit.
- For job applications: your current city, current and expected compensation, and CV.
- A record of the consent you give on our forms: the date and time, the version and wording of the notice shown, your choice on marketing communications, and your IP address and browser details.
Depending on the website features enabled, we may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address and website usage data.
Our website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information may be used to:
- Respond to enquiries and requests, where you have given consent on our contact form.
- Send you information about our content, products and services, only where you have separately opted in. This is optional and does not affect your enquiry.
- Process job applications and recruitment enquiries, where you have given consent on our careers form.
- Keep your application on file to contact you about other roles, only where you have separately opted in.
- Maintain, secure and improve our website.
- Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We will use personal information for purposes that are consistent with the reason it was collected and applicable law.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process the details you submit through our contact and careers forms on the basis of your consent. The consent box is never pre-ticked, and consent to marketing is requested separately from consent to respond to your enquiry.
Where applicable, we also process personal information for steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests or compliance with legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the purpose and the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support essential functionality, understand website performance and improve the user experience. Where required by law, non-essential cookies will only be used after obtaining the necessary consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preferences.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share personal information with authorised service providers who support website hosting, communications, security or other business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our legal rights. We do not intend to sell personal information.
6. International Data Transfers
As an organisation operating across multiple countries, we may process or transfer information internationally where necessary for legitimate business purposes. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards will be used in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements. Actual retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is held.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent or exercise other applicable rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
10. Consent and Withdrawal
When you submit our contact or careers form, we ask you to confirm your consent by ticking a box. We keep a record of that consent, including the date and time, the version and wording of the notice shown, your optional choices (such as marketing communications or keeping your application on file), and your IP address and browser details. We hold this record for as long as needed to show that we acted on your consent, or longer where the law requires.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@qualitasglobal.com (or hiring@qualitasglobal.com for job applications) with the subject “Withdraw consent” and the email address you used on the form. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Once you withdraw, we will stop using your personal information for the purpose you consented to and will erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
11. Your Rights under India's DPDP Act
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities we carry out.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data.
- Ask us to erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have your grievance addressed by us.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact details below. If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

For questions about your personal data, consent or rights, or to raise a grievance, contact us at info@qualitasglobal.com. We will respond within the period set by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to external websites and services. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
